It's slightly smaller than the guest room and I like it for the baby, lots of great light and toward the front of the house (but still close to our room). I'm moving the office to the basement's front room (the one that is the same deminsion as our upstairs living room) and will also create a baby play space down there for things like tummy time and some of her gear I don't want in my living room and in her room.
