He had in a pouch first, and loved it so much I made my own. He went nuts for it. Eventually I added oatmeal or quinoa to it to beef it up a bit. He still loved it. So I hold on to the bottom of it, and she sort of holds on/squeezes around the top. (This was Earth's Best jarred food.) </p> <p>On the other hand, she hates sweet potatoes! She has tried bananas, applesauce &amp; avocado as well &amp; I would say she likes not loves them. Applesauce makes her gag. Oatmeal is our morning breakfast though &amp; she loves it! Go figure. </p>
