I didn't like veggies, my sister was a vegetarian, and my brother couldn't eat dairy. So she had to separate veggies, meat, and cheese. My poor mom! She would make things like stir fry and put noodles, veggies, mushrooms, cheese, etc. separately and we'd mix it together ourselves. We're from a small midwest farming community so that's typical around here. My dad flat out refused to eat any kind of casserole and pasta was an insult to him but he was eat it.
