I had a really intense contraction that I couldn't sit through, jumped up, and felt a pop as my water broke. I actually managed to grab a towel and keep it from getting on anything! Still amazes me... I had already been at the hospital for hours though. I felt it and knew what had happened immediately. Hard contractions started very quickly. </p>
