My office and apartment had a ton of stairs and I had to do them all with the same leg. My doctors refused to even look at it. Then as soon as my first trimester exhaustion was gone my knee was fine. I had been doing CrossFit when I got pregnant (and then continued until delivery) and I wondered if it was my body’s way of slowing me down. </p> <p>My eyes were also really sensitive to lights. My desktop monitor made me nauseated every time I sat down to work (thankfully I also had a laptop that didn’t bother me so I could continue to work). Just one glimpse of the sun in my car’s mirror or a flash from a camera would trigger a migraine. I had carpel tunnel of the feet (would that be metatarsal tunnel?), tons of Charley horses (if I get one now I’m terrified I’m pregnant), and an intense aversion to my favorite food (ice cream). And I had so much drool too! It just started this time around 24 weeks and a little googling seems to indicate it’s not just me! </p> <p>I have never gotten the extra hair growth and extreme loss many get which I’m thankful for. I do get weak nails (especially near the end) which I blame on my giant babies stealing my nutrients :silly: </p>
