<description>&#60;p&#62;I usually stretch like crazy and then do a light workout of a bunch of my main muscle groups.  That way I mitigate the soreness as much as possible, so I'm not crippled by pain a day or two later.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I learned that one the hard way... I used to just go all out and then I'd lie in traction for a week moaning to myself.&#60;/p&#62;
