I'd usually bring a craft for the kids to do, and they were always excited to make something to show their parents. After the kids went to bed, I'd do the dishes, wipe down the counters, straighten the playroom, etc. </p> <p>Our current babysitter is great, but she doesn't clean up as much as I would like. I do wish she would put the bath towel and clothes from the day in the hamper (they are usually left of the floor), put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and put away toys. She sometimes does put away toys... I'm sure it depends on how J is doing and how easily she goes to bed.
