Occasional make-up purchases also come out of my personal budget. I'd set a budget every year of $500 for myself. This includes husband's stuff (mainly his haircut every 4 weeks).</p> <p>Eta: I don't dye my hair or do much to it besides getting it cut. I get pedis maybe 3x a year. Maybe a massage once a year. Then let's say you'll allow yourself to get mani/pedi once a month during the summer. (May-Sept). $20x5=$100. In the other months let's say you'll get 4 mani's total let's say 4x$10=$40. I don't wax or color my hair. Now we're up to $240. Then let's say round up to $300 for misc beauty/skincare supplies? You probably end up spending at least another $100-$200 throughout the year so I would say $500 a year? I don't really wear makeup, try not to go to the salon too often, and i rarely get pedicures!
