Ugh. If she could drop the wakeup between 3-5 am that would be awesome. Otherwise night time sleep is good. Down between 7-7:30 and we have to wake her up for daycare at 6:30.

Naps are crap though. She does take decent ones at daycare, 2 naps totally about 3 hours. At home she takes one nap of an hour in length if we're lucky!!

She's 19 months. My ideal sleep would be 8 pm - 7 am, with a 2 to 2 1/2 hour nap. Right now she's more 8:30 -6:30 with maybe an hour nap. The kid needs to nap more!

8-7 with nap from 1-3 would be ideal.

But he does more like 8-630 and nap from 115-245. He doesn't have high sleep needs. He's 2.

I'd like to drop the 2:30 and 5 feedings and have her sleep 7:30 to 7:30. She takes two 1.5 hour naps, so can't complain there.

Ideally she would realize the difference between weekdays and weekends :)

On weekdays, she can stick with what she's doing - 7 to 6 or 6:15, but on weekends, it would be great if she could do 8 to 8 or 9! All with a regular 2 hour nap.

C does 6:30pm-7:00am which is pretty awesome. She takes two naps, which are finally starting to lengthen beyond the dreaded 40 minute mark! If I could get two hour long naps out of her I'd be thrilled.

At almost ten months, she has now taken herself down to one 30 minute nap a day at daycare (she still takes three 1 - 1.5 hr ish naps at the weekend) so she is stupidly tired in the evening and cries until we get her into bed. The last two nights she has been asleep by 5.15pm. Not only does this mean I hardly get any time with her (and none when she's not crying), it also means she has been up at 5.30am both mornings. Ugh.

Ideally, she would nap sufficiently at daycare, go to bed at 6.45pm and wake at 6.45am every day.

He's in a good sleep place - he usually sleeps from 8pm to 7am and then takes either one or two naps totaling about 3.5 hours during the day.

My only issue is that right now we seem to be in the middle of dropping from 2 naps to 1 but are still inconsistent. I would love it if he would just fully switch to one nap. On Tuesday he slept from 8pm-7am and then napped from 12pm-3:15pm and that was perfect.

Hmm. Ideal world, he'd sleep from 8 or 9 to 9, with 0-1 nursing sessions overnight, and 2 naps totaling 3 hrs during the day. He's 11 months old, and his naps are actually pretty ideal, but multiple wakings at night and 7:30 wake up in the morning are getting to me!

Right now, anything that involves her not waking up in the middle of the night and refusing to go back to sleep for two hours. :silly:

We're between two naps and one nap and I'm pretty keen to switch to one nap so we can do more on weekends. So, ideally, 7.30pm to 6.30am sleep (minus crazy wake-ups) and one nap of around 2 hours would be perfect.

In my ideal world, she'd sleep 7.30pm to 7am with a three hour nap from 11.30am to 2.30pm. But the reality is that she's awake and ready for the day at 5am, and naps are between an hour and two-and-a-half hours. Poor girl does need more sleep.

LO is 8 months. She sleeps from 730 to anywhere between 6 am & 8. All week it's been 6 with one to 3 wake ups. She usually naps for 30 minutes 2.5 hours after her first wake up. Another nap for about an hour after being up for 3 & yet another 30 to 40 minute nap after being up for 4 to 4.5 hours. I would have her ST TN for 12 hours with a quick morning nap & a long afternoon nap, starting around 1.

A sleeps from about 8-9am, give or take...depending on what we have going on and if she has napped that day. She usually takes a 2 hour nap, so I can't complain about her sleep!

E sleeps decent, but can't wait for her to sleep through the night and take more restful naps.

He does pretty well right now. He goes down between 7-7:30, and usually gets up between 6:30-7. I guess I'd prefer he slept without waking up at all ;) and 7-7 would be wonderful (so I could get ready for work without juggling him as well).

He naps pretty well on the weekends--usually 2-2.5 hrs, but his daycare naps are usually around 1.5 hrs. Ideally those would be a solid 2-2.5hrs as well.

So overall, small tweaks, but we're (FINALLY!) in a good sleep place!

J is 27 months so he is still sleeping 12 hours at night and 2 during the day. He's actually finally in a good sleep spot now - so I don't think I'd change anything. Maybe make his nap just half an hour longer ;)
He sleeps 8pm-7:30am and naps 1-3ish.
