We are lucky that LO's only had one teacher leave since she moved to the toddler 2 room, but every single one of her old infant and toddler 1 teachers are gone now. Plus, we just received notice that we are getting a new director, which would make this the 4th one since she started 2 years ago.</p> <p>To the ladies who wanted tadpoles - we have that and it is pretty cool. We toured one place that used an app and shared photos and details about the kids day with their parents, and I wish our center did something more like that. It's a good way to officially and anonymously gain feedback from the parents.</p> <p>One of their final question is to ask parents for any comments or suggestions.</p> <p>I suggested that they provide some sort of parent/teacher conference for the preschool (3-4y) room.<br /> Her teachers are great about being in constant communication regarding DD1's development in the room. But drop off/pick up is SO crazy that it would be nice to have a designated 20 minutes to talk about things!</p> <p>I also suggested that they provide more opportunities for parent involvement.<br /> Such as letting parents know they're welcomed for field trips. Or events like "Muffins with Moms" and "Doughnuts with Dads". I see these on here and I love it!</p> <p>What would your comment/suggestion to your daycare be? </p>
