Things like knowing what DS ate each day how much, if he pooped, how long he slept and if he cried before falling asleep. If I don't remember to ask all of the questions, I don't always get all of the info. She's great with him and he's on a good schedule there, so it is more that I just want to know what happens each day. At home he usually goes to bed without a problem, but some times he has a few days in a row where he has trouble going to sleep and I like to know if it's the same a daycare or not.</p> <p>We don't pay a lot, especially compared to some of the larger metropolitan areas, but of course I wish it was less. </p> <p>I also wish I had the means to work only 3 days a week, or even 4, so I had an extra day with him. Getting a job as a school social worker wouldn't be bad either, since I'd love to have summers off with DH and DS. Well I don't love my temporary situation where my mom has to help me with LO daily, but in 4 weeks I'll be all recovered and able to watch her myself again. Our nanny lives quite far and takes the bus, so I don't like to ask her to stay late very often. My husband gets one day off during the week and I'll be working from home one day.
