I've had cycles with 2-3 days of spotting and I don't count them until it's more than spotting. As for OPKs, if you're not sure when you might ovulate, I'd just start taking them as soon as you're done your period. I'm having 3-4 days of off and on very very light spotting before a more normal flow.so what would you consider cycle day 1? The first day I see spotting? Or the first day I have normal flow? And then going off of this, since my period is so wacky and irregular, when should I start OPKs? Just suck it up and start using them right after my period as not to accidentally miss O?
