<description>&#60;p&#62;I need to run to Walmart for a few things, but it's pretty cold out. It's currently 15 degrees and windy (the wind chill is around 0), but sunny. Is that too cold to take a baby out? It would just be house-car-store-car-house. We never get cold like this, so I have no idea. Opinions?
