A YEAR ago. And he insisted he could edit them for us. But I think you're all right. I was feeling bad in a way asking for a full refund because he did do a ton of work for the wedding (like a 14 hour day) and supposedly has done a lot of work to recover them. He had a hard drive that crashed and lost a bunch of them, but he was able to recover a pretty good amount. He's been giving us the run around for so long I'm not sure what do at this point.</p> <p>He's been saying for a year they're almost done. His last communication was to my husband on 3/14 saying that he needed the weekend to finish and he'd post to dropbox on Monday (3/20). DH emailed him 2 weeks ago and no response.</p> <p>It's a little complicated because we are friends with his wife but we're getting really frustrated. Do we threaten legal action? We mentioned to him that we'll want some sort of refund. Are there even lawyers that would handle something like this? Originally I was going to base it off of what we received (i.e. if we got pictures for half the day, then ask for 50%). But should we just demand a 100% refund? 75%? </p>
