I had some thumping sound and I thought it was just the bad road that I was driving on so I kept driving and after a few minutes my tire literally came off of my car!!! I was missing a screw (I know they have a special name…lugnut?? LOL) or something. Luckily I was close to the side of the road so I pulled over really quick but the tire rolled off into the middle of the street! A really nice older man stopped and got the tire for me. I put it in the back of my jeep and walked across the street to my gym so I could wait in the air conditioning until someone could come get me. I was crying and before I went into the gym I wiped off my face with my hands. I didn’t realize that my hands were dirty from picking up the tire and I just went directly to one of the stationary bikes and sat down. It wasn’t until (MUCH) later that I got up to go to the bathroom and saw the horrible dirty mask that was my face HAHAHA.
