We had them all digitally and had backed up one computer to the other but when your house is broken into and both computers are stolen it doesn't do you much good. We lost everything of the first 16 months. Now we back up to a cloud. We asked all friends and family for copies of any photos we had shared with them and were able to recover some of our images but few of them were high resolution. I had to wipe our laptop's hard drive, so I moved everything to an external hard drive. But, I lost our external hard drive that had every single picture of DD on it since her birth. It's been killing me - every night I think about how I'll never get to have those pictures again. </p> <p>But, this morning I found out that I actually had a Dropbox account set up, and it had been backing up all of my pictures and videos from my phone since she was born. I'm so happy right now, I could cry. I still lost all of the nice, DSLR pictures, but I don't really care :-) </p> <p>What would you do if you lost all of your LO's pictures? </p>
