<description>&#60;p&#62;Yup all of the above but we kept a dream feed around midnight before DH went to bed.  Strict consistent bed time routine with milk, bath, black out curtains, white noise, etc...

<description>&#60;p&#62;Little guy is about three months old and his sleep isn't bad but I know we need to cut out bad habits like nursing to sleep now that he's out of the &#34;fourth trimester&#34; &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What did you do or would do over again at this age?  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Earlier bath and bed routine (may have to start at like 6?!?)&#60;br /&#62;
Stop nursing to sleep (starting earlier will help)&#60;br /&#62;
Quit swaddle (he can roll)&#60;br /&#62;
Consistent environment (get white noise that stays on all night)
&#60;/p&#62;</description>
