Also, speaking as a clinic manager myself, I agree with others that you need to call and relay your experience to someone in charge. It's incredibly, incredibly poor customer service and bad patient care. Think of the impact it had on your experience, and you were there for something happy, think of how horrible she could make it for someone coming in dealing with serious health concerns. Compassion and customer service are 100% part of her job, for all patients and she needs to be held accountable for that. </p> <p>And again, congratulations!! I also had a horrible U/S tech that never let me see the screen and led me to believe that there was something seriously wrong with my (perfectly healthy) baby. I also cried through my appointment. It is an awful and terrible feeling. I actually switched doctors altogether mid-pregnancy as a result. </p> <p>To answer your question, you should totally call and find out!
