Yes, I go beyond the 24 hour rule. I would just hate it if he gave other kids the same thing and then it came back to him again. Another reason is if he spikes a fever again (which it has happened to us) it would have been two unnecessary trips with a toddler and an infant. She had a fever of up to 102 until noon today when she took her nap, but cooled off during said nap. She still appears to be feeling better, eating again and is less clingy. Daycare has a 24 hours without a fever rule. </p> <p>Would you send her to daycare tomorrow at 7am? </p>
