Thanks everyone. I feel like I have posted about this a million times (sorry!) I was planning to NTNP next month but after I realized October would be a July due date and my doctor gave me the "go ahead," I started to reconsider.
Pretty sure I am going to go with my original plan. Thanks for hearing a lady out.
@travelgirl1: I hope this is your month! :goodluck:

I would wait. I would give my body time to heal. I know it's hard and I know the pressure of deadlines and trying again after a loss. The right time is when it happens. Good luck!

I would also trust my OB, especially given the situation with the two mcs. I am afraid with the pressure of your bday as the deadline that you may put too much pressure on yourself this month when you need to heal... NTNP might be a good compromise.

I am so sorry you are going through this.

I say go for it in as relaxed a way as you can muster. I think many of us have found we are not in control of our timing of getting pregnant, & unfortunately, not even whether we continue to a successful delivery. I'm sorry for your losses, but very excited for you to try again. Best of :goodluck: & keep us posted!

Honestly, I'd try to chill, but then, I wouldn't be able to help myself and I'd decide to go for it. :goodluck:

I would typically say chill but as a fellow teacher I get how important timing is. I say go for it but I didn't get a summer baby even though I tried and we made it work.

Since April, I have had two losses. One was a very early CP and, the other, was a blighted ovum at 10 weeks in August which ended in a D & C. I just got my first AF. My OB originally told me to wait 3-6 months but I talked to my GP (who I have a great relationship with) and she said that I am good to start trying now that IA have gotten AF.

SO, here's my concern: My 30th birthday is in the end of October. I was hoping to be pregnant with a healthy pregnancy by my birthday. If I actively TTC this month, I would POAS a couple days before my birthday which could either be great or disappointing right before my 30th. More importantly than my birthday, if I got pregnant in October, I would be due in July which is the second best month for my husband and I (we are both teachers.) June would have been the best but not possible. If I have a baby in July, I will get double my insurance payout.

On the other hand, I feel like I have been through enough and need to just chill out for this month, not put pressure on myself especially right before my 30th.

Anyway, sorry if this seems like excessive crowd-sourcing, but I am not wondering what you think I should do what would you do in this situation?
