We have a couple hundred dollars in credits to Buy Buy Baby and I stop by once in a blue moon and pick up a couple of things. When LO is older you might find that you want a particular style of sippy or utensils, or a certain toy, etc. Or save it and put it towards a need like the next car seat. ETA: we have one bowl, one divided plate, two forks and two spoons (toddler style that he uses). The bowl and plate have suction bottoms, which are so helpful!
