So far I have struck out on the 2 or 3 I have tried. My mom is opposed to doing it at one if our homes so our club seemed the best choice. I don't understand the country club opposition and my sister says she can't explain it - can you help me understand? Here are the options we are debating between - would love your votes/input:</p> <p>1) Country Club Venue - Brunch Food<br /> 2) Country Club Venue - Soup/Salad Luncheon<br /> 3) Restaurant - Private Room - limited menu<br /> 4) Fondue Restaurant - Private Room (Cheese course, salad and chocolate course)</p> <p>They are all very similar in terms of prices.</p> <p>Few notes about the mom to be...she is a city girl...very brooks brothers/kate spade chic! We dont know the gender yet and she hasn't decided if she'll be sharing the gender outside the family. The shower is going to be in mid Michigan in mid October. </p>
