I tell him he can play with his stuffies and he brings a toy to crib and he can choose to sleep or just rest. He really does need a 1.5 hour nap because he only sleeps 10-10.5 hours at night. If he slept in and went to bed early and was happy all day I would leave him for an hour. I was just saying I would judge based on what a minimally acceptable nap duration would be. For us, and hour is a short nap, but it's fine. So I would have rest time be an hour. She does well if I give her books and she will just hang out and look at them. I feel guilty doing this sometimes because I know she's not that tired, but I need just a little bit of time for myself. What would you say is a fair about of rest time? </p>
