I consider anything over an hour to be adequate but it wasn't that long ago that 35 minutes was a good nap. Yesterday she took one 35 minute nap and one 2.5 hour nap. So go figure. </p> <p>And my LO no longer likes to nap on me either! :bummed: One day rocking her just made her super mad so I put her in the crib and she fell right asleep. Sometimes we get a crazy 2 hour nap (and sometimes a crappy 15 min one). They tend to be closer to 45 min on a regular basis. I consider an hour to be pretty good but love when a longer one magically happens!!! </p> <p>What would you consider a good nap at this age? </p>
