I think from memory we did a car nap at around 0900 (school drop off), a longer nap over lunchtime (maybe 12-2?) then another car nap on the way home from school at 4.

I followed the EASY Schedule at that age, it might help. You could shift according to her current morning wake up.

@agold THANK YOU! Yes i think my son went for a third nap for longer than he needed and I’d be fine dropping it earlier with DD (like 6 months maybe?) and then I do 2:3:3 hours awake.

I'd aim for the first nap to be approximately 2 hours after she wakes up in the morning. So that will coincide with the morning school drop off, but hopefully you could keep her awake so that you can put her down to nap in her crib when you get home. From there, I suppose it depends on how long your baby is sleeping. But I would again try for another nap after 2 hours. For the third nap, again, 2 hours later. And then night time sleep, maybe 2.5 hours after the last nap.

My 9 month old dropped down to two naps pretty early. I wish I followed the 2-3-4 hour schedule, but its more like 3-3-3 hours between sleeps.

DD is 4months old, exclusively FF and sleeping through the night in her crib (6:30-6:30 with an occasional 5:30 wake up for the paci then right back to sleep.)

Want to start nap training her to 3 crib naps a day (or 1 stroller/2 crib). My DS was a very similar sleeper but I don’t remember at all the times/amounts he slept during the day.

She gets bottles at 10am and 2pm currently but I’d be fine with nudging those times and/or splitting one up.

Thoughts on when/how long her daytime naps should be? Will try to work around the 8-9am school dropoff and 12-1 pickup when we have to be on the go.
