Pre-baby, I would've said 11pm - 7:30am was perfect.

Now I just want to sleep for 4 hours in a row ever again. Between pregnancy and baby it has been 14+ months since I slept a 4 hour stretch. I can't even imagine the ecstasy I would feel if I slept 11 - 7:30 again.

Lately, if I get up to pee fewer than 4 times I consider the night a win.

I've never been able to sleep through the whole night -- I always wake two or three times. So for me it's being able to fall asleep quickly after waking. I had horrible insomnia first tri and it was miserable!

Right now, 10-3:30, nurse for 15 minutes, 3:45-7:30.

DD is still waking for one feeding a night. But if she doesn't wake any more than that one time, I consider it a GREAT night!

Lo1- 7pm to 6:30am is a good night, 7-7 is amazing. No wake ups to pee is even better!
Lo2- one wake up, any time would be great. Right now we're at 2, at 1/2am and 4/5am, which is ok.

Eta for me?! 5 hours of sleep in a row would be heaven--I can only imagine how long away that is :silly:

10 to 6 no interruptions, is definitely a good night and it's becoming more and more common here, thank God. But i honestly think I need 3 or 4 nights of 10 hours of sleep before I start to ever feel like a million bucks again.

What do you consider a good night of sleep in your house?

DS1 goes to bed at 8 and is usually up around 7. DS2 goes to bed around 7:30 and is usually up by 6:30. If I go to bed at 10 and can sleep straight through until 6, I consider that a HUGE success. That happens....not very often. My husband snores, I wake to pee, a kid wakes up, etc. But when it happens, I feel like a million bucks!
