He asks me to do something... so I do it (eventually) but when I ask him to do it... it's suppose to be "my thing" and he starts numbering all the things he does in the house/yard. So annoying.</p> <p>I keep telling it's not a competition and we are a team. Still working on that, after 8 years. </p> <p>2 days ago, after we put mavi to bed, I told him... do you want to clean up the kitchen together. It will go faster. You pick up the stuff off the table and empty the dishwasher, I will do the dishes and load the dishwasher. </p> <p>OMG..... it took literally 10 mins and we could both relax afterward. Versus me doing it all and it taking 30+ mins. This was a BIG BIG BIG WIN. DH works random hours so sometimes he's home during the day (whereas I work teacher hours), so it makes sense for him to figure out which day he'll be home for the guy to come.</p> <p>Last week, I had an interaction with a spider and a bug on my ARM in my BED. Last night, there was a "waterbug" crawling around the bathroom sink. Its pretty hot and humid already, so I knew the bugs would start coming out.
