I forgot I was pregnant with #2 from time to time, because my primary focus wasn't on being pregnant, but raising my daughter. I also agree, the aches and pains were soooo much worse. But, it went so much faster and I wasn't nervous about it at all!

Like PPs, I got bigger faster, showed earlier, got stretchmarks (didn't have any with my first), and had more aches/pains earlier in my second pregnancy. Physically, it was a much harder pregnancy. On the other hand, emotionally and psychologically I was a lot more stable, comfortable, and content the second time around.

My pregnancy was SO much easier the 2nd time. I knew what foods to eat to make my nausea better, I was able to avoid heartburn, dealt with constipation better and dealt with my GD alot easier. But my stomach was a lot bigger the 2nd time and I showed a lot earlier too. And got more stretch marks. =\

I'm only 8 weeks pregnant with #2, but I've already noticed differences. Last time I didn't get off the couch for 6 weeks and couldn't eat anything besides popcorn and my heart would race just from walking up the stairs. This time I don't feel as terrible. I still have some nausea and food aversions but I'm able to eat a a much more varied diet and since I don't have the option of laying around this time I think being active has helped me feel better. I also have not worried about a single thing this time. I spotted for two weeks and didn't worry and I'm bad and eat pregnancy no no foods!

With #2, more aches and pains felt much earlier. Showed earlier. Felt even more tired bc of chasing after #1. Also, I was not as sick as I was with #1 but was able to eat (maybe too much) for #2.

My body hurt more.
Belly was a lot bigger even though I didn't gain as much weight
Bigger belly gave me stretch marks

I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant with my second and i have already noticed a huge difference in good and bad ways. obivously i'm way more tired since i am running around after my 15 month old and i'm way more sore at the end of the day from picking him up and stuff. i am showing way earlier and have felt crazy movements way earlier as well. i'm not as sick with this one (yay!) and i'm not as nervous or scared since i did this once already! i also find that it goes soooo much faster than the first bc your busy taking care of another child. altogether i think that this pregnancy is alot better and it probably has to do with the fact that i'm alot more relaxed this time around.
