@Mrs. Sunshine: Sounds like my son! DS loves his carbs. In the mornings I don't mind because he gets a nice variety at lunch. And we usually don't have too many with dinner.

@KT326: I was just telling a friend yesterday that DD will have a frozen waffle, then ask for PB toast, then goldfish, then animal crackers and I'm usually having to force something a little more nutritious on her.

We had frozen waffles (plain) with cut up strawberries. I also had some yogurt.

Lately DS has only been eating bagels, toast or waffles with some fruit for breakfast.

@caterw: DD was all about yogurt for a good year and half. Now she will only eat it on rare occasions :/

My DD likes to put stuff on her yogurt lately- coconut chips or frozen fruit have been a big hit (and a great swap for "cuppy yogurt" aka individually packaged ones which I don't buy very often). She also looooooves cereal with milk- even bran flakes hahahaha. She thinks it's grown-up to eat sloppy stuff with a spoon.

My go-to lately has been whole-grain frozen waffles with peanut butter & blueberries, plus either coffee or tea. Sometimes a cup of plain greek yogurt with fruit.

@Mamaof2: DD1 had cereal with milk as a snack at MIL's yesterday. It was the first time she's ever really eaten it like that but I feel like if I buy her some she isn't going to eat it at home.

I had a Vega chocolate protein powder smoothie - I mix strawberry Greek yogurt, half a banana and 3 scoops of the Vega powder with ice and water.

Glass of water, cups of black coffee

For you? I had a raspberry banana smoothie, black coffee, and 3 scrambled eggs

For LO(s)? This girls each had half a donut (leftover from the dessert my parents brought over last night) and a scrambled egg. DD1 is picky and will stop eating breakfast every few weeks because she doesn't want anything we have so I'm always looking for inspiration!
