&#60;p&#62;The comments on the recipe indicate that you get a nice crispy coating if you dip the chicken breast first in flour, then in a beaten egg, then flour, and then in the hot sauce.  The original recipe only has you dip the chicken in flour twice, but the third coating definitely gives it the restaurant finish.  I always make it that way!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can either deep fry or bake the fillets, but our favourite hands-down is deep fried.  Not so waistline friendly but oh-so-good!  That's why we usually have a salad with this meal! ;)
