If I'm out with only 1 I use a smaller one shoulder backpack. Diapers (sz 1 and 6) Wipes Change pad and disposable pad Diaper cream Diaper genie diaper bags Hand sanitizer and wipes Extra outfit for L Extra shirt for J Extra shirt for me My clutch which has my phone, cards, keys, gum, money and lip balm. Nursing cover Nursing pads Soother Receiving blanket Straw cup of water for J Bottle of water for me Snacks (usually a fruit/veg pouch, goldfish and an orange). I feel like I pack pretty light, LO has never been a spitter-upper, so I've nver had to pack a change of clothes or bibs. I keep a big Costco-size wipes in the car. I usually have to carry both LOs for at least a short distance wherever we go and they're heavy enough that I keep the diaper bag minimalist lol.
