I don't have one. I know...hanging my head now. I try to always have at least one extra formula in the house as well as extra bottled water. (We get delivery.) Even when I'm using homemade purees, I also have pouches since I keep them for the diaper bag! But I really ought to make a separate kit because one of the few times I let the regular supply dwindle..something will happen.

Our planning is mostly financial. We make sure we have money for a hotel and plane tickets. If it's a minor storm, we may drive, so I keep the car's tank fairly full. I keep extra clothes, shoes, and water in the car for emergencies where there is no advance notice. When LO was a baby, I kept extra disposable diapers, wipes, food, and bottled water on hand.

I made a little emergency kit for LO that I keep in the car in a small plastic bin. I put in a few diapers, wipes, jacket/hoodie, change of clothes, 3-4 purée pouches, few bottles of water, band aids and ointment, and some snacks. I need to make an emergency kit for home too!

We've never had a kit before, just some canned food and extra bottled water.
Now that LO is here, I'm guessing we'll want to always keep an extra can of formula and purées on hand.
What else should we include?
What's in your hurricane/emergency kit?
