That cleared things up for me. Now I don't feel as lost.<br /> Just wondering though. When you started solids what did you start with? Rice/Oatmeal, puree's of veggies, fruit or meat? What was your starting food? And how long did you give the same food before introducing something else?. There's so much info out there I just want to know what REAL moms did. She's 5 months today. In the beginning I set a goal to EBF if successful for 6 months. After a lip/tongue tie latch issues and a supply drop and having to take Domperidone to get er up and running again, I feel like things are good and I can keep going. We are introducing solids at 6 months and hopefully things go a lot easier.<br /> What I'd like to know is, what do you give your little one once Breastmilk is done? especially if you wean at 6 months. Do they go on formula? Cow milk? Water?<br /> Sorry first time mom here! </p>
