I really feared the swaddle transition, but had to do it at 12 weeks when DD started trying to roll. i expected it to be horrific but she was totally fine. I did a baby dee dee sleep sack (since they're heavier) for a few weeks but then stopped when she successfully rolled. She's been a tummy sleeper ever since. He has a fairly strong reflex, so sleep sacks and arms out weren't working. He seems like he is starting to really fight his swaddle unless he's super tired, but I am about 0% confident that he can sleep through the night without it. So basically I feel bad while he gets super angry when I swaddle him until he calms down enough to fall asleep. Should I just keep swaddling or what would you do next in line? I'm not sure about swaddling with arms out! He seems to still have a semi-strong startle reflex. </p>
