Ham using this recipe:
http://www.epicurious.com//recipes/food/views/baked-ham-with-marmalade-horseradish-glaze-107483

Plus whipped sweet Potatos, roasted Brussels sprouts and probably some rolls. Also a nut-stuffed squash for my mom who is vegetarian. Keeping it simple

My family is coming into town so there will be 10 adults and 5 kids.

ILs are buying a ham and we'll heat it low and slow in the smoker. They're also bring creamed potatoes and a green bean casserole.
BIL & his GF are making a turkey and Mac n cheese at their house and bringing it over.
We're making a prime rib roast, sauté baby bok Choy and a carrot soufflé I saw on here.

Will probably bake 2 kinds of cupcakes with the kids in the morning before the roast goes in. One will be a eggless vanilla since my nephew is allergic to eggs. Not sure what the other will be.

our easter (orthodox) is next week, but we will have a midnight feast on easter saturday with chicken soup, mageritsa (offal soup) roast chicken, tiropita (greek cheese filo pastry) and salad. on easter sunday we will go to an aunts house for an extended family dinner, which will be lamb on the spit with charcoal grilled meats, lots of greek side dishes and salads, and an insane number of deserts.
