It became second nature so quickly. Also, recovery from L&amp;D was very easy for me. My husband booked entertainment for clubs in town, we went to a lot of sporting events and we were out all the time. Everyone warned me about all I wouldn't be able to do anymore and that I would have a hard time adjusting to motherhood. I found that to be quite the opposite. Literally every person I knew IRL had a horrific breastfeeding experience - terrible latch, cluster feeding for weeks, poor supply. I desperately wanted to breastfeed but was terrified I wouldn't be able to and/or that it would be the worst experience of my life.
