It probably isn't potty trained, it can only feed itself to a certain extent, it isn't completely verbal yet, it might even not be a good walker yet. Under two has a tougher time communicating in general so you deal with the toddler tantrums + a new born. I definitely can see how it would be difficult. But is it really going to be that much easier around the second birthday? Or is "2 under 2" just a fun thing to say but arbitrary?</p> <p>ETA: I'm not actually considering 2 under 2, as lo1 is already 19 months, so min gap is going to be 28 months, but just curious! </p>
