I totally watched it.</p> <p>In general we just really like TV. It costs a bit but before kids it was a way for us to not spend even more money than the cost of cable on going out. Now that LO is here it serves as a main way for us to spend a little time together after she has gone to bed. We can be home with her and watch a show at our convenience (DVR 4EVA) before going to bed ourselves.<br /> Also the sports. DH already watches a lot of his international football matches online but during championships there are often multiple games on at once - different channels AND online so he will record them on TV, watch the one online live and then go back and watch the recorded matches in 2x fastforward. It was definitely an adjustment at first, but we watch a lot of Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime Instant Streaming now. We had Netflix too, but cancelled that because we could get just about everything from Hulu and Amazon. Now that it's summer and very few shows are on, we mostly have been watching Netfilx. And when we do watch regular tv shows, we can see the majority on Hulu Plus. We do have a tivo and a 2 year tivo contract, so I was thinking that maybe we should reduce the cable to the minimum instead of eliminate it.
