Anytime I pour one for myself she gets insanely excited and starts clapping and flapping her arms. I will say "Mommy's turn!" and take a drink and she squeals and laughs. DD tends to have a mommy preference for our night routine but once in a while she'll request for daddy and DH loves it when that happens. </p> <p>During dinner tonight, DD pointed to a napkin but said "mum, mum" which she uses for eating. So I handed her a napkin, and she used it in the most lady-like manner. She gently dabbed her mouth with it a few times and put it down. It was hilarious. She does it totally unprompted and it is the sweetest thing I have ever experienced in my life. </p> <p>She has also started crawling around our kitchen island and waiting until we say, "where's c?" And she pokes her head out and laughs when we say peekaboo. It's hilarious. </p> <p>@mediagirl: we had a similar night this week. C couldn't sleep and we brought her into our bed. She was flopping all over to get comfortable and ended up snuggled up against dh's chest. I always get all the snuggles while nursing so t was so nice for him to get them. She was in bed, kicking me in the face, for a half hour (also not cute) until I realized she had settled down. I looked around for her and saw she was cuddled into my husband's stomach. She n.e.v.e.r. cuddles with him. I don't think he could have been any happier (even though she was keeping him up). :) </p>
