@Katrocap: I am really liking it! The characters are all pretty interesting and, having gone to summer camps growing up too, the themes are very familiar to me. I found it to be a bit slow moving in the beginning but picked up around the second or third chapter. Enjoy!

@meredithNYC: Yay!!!!

@Mrs. Pen: It was pretty good! I listened to it on Audible (audio book) so I feel like my experience is always a bit different that way because I get to hear it like it's supposed to be heard..if that makes sense? I liked it, but it did take a while to pick up!

The Wizard of Oz (the original). Mainly because I love classics but also because it was a gift from the HB gift exchange and also because I'm too tired before bed to read anything much deeper right now.

I'm re-reading "the spirit catches you and you fall down" by Anne Fadiman for work. Good read, but a little too black and white for my way of seeing the world. It's about a Hmong family's understanding of their daughter's illness and their interface with Western medicine in Merced, CA.

Moo Baa La La La by Sandra Boynton. No but seriously the last thing I read is sort of embarrassing - The One by Kiera Cass. It was the last in a trilogy. Sort of a dystopian Cinderella meets the bachelor. And now I think I have to turn in my English Literature degree for admitting that, haha.
