2 weeks. Our GI said it is fine as long as he isn't straining or in pain. At first he was fine, but eventually we ended up having to use Mirilax. Now, at almost 2, he goes better without the Mirilax, but he still goes a few days in between BM's sometimes.

LO is 8,5 months old, and ever since he started solids, as expected, his poops have been few and far between. I think the longest was 12 days! And, when he did poop, it was massive! Good thing we cloth diapered so it was all contained, but even then, it was disgusting to clean. Hahaha. Is it okay for him to go that long without pooping even though he doesn't seem to be bothered by it? Were you worried about your LO not pooping for so long? Were they not happy about being constipated or did they not notice?
