DH is going to be gone the entire month of March for training though, so soon it will be a month!</p> <p>DH will be gone April-Dec this year, so that ones going to be rough. DH did do a few months of night shifts, which was hard since I was doing everything for everyone, but I still took DD to his worksite to see him every day. DH was home for about 2 weeks, but the rest of the time I was on my own from about 7a.m. to 8/9p.m. Monday through Friday. My husband was leaving before wake and getting home after bedtime (and I was working). But I have help from my mom. It was definitely harder but completely doable! LO was 9 months old at the time. I'm also sort of...well, I think the longest I've ever gone without seeing DH has been 2 days. Clingy, me, apparently. We even toyed with me getting a plane ticket and hotel room and going out for a few days (bonus excuse: my friend I haven't seen in several years lives there and will have a newborn) but it just kept getting more expensive and the logistics of getting me and E there were giving me a headache. So now I'm thinking we should put the money we would be spending towards a new couch instead :)</p> <p>The longest I've had E alone has been like 13 hours...I know some of you do it for weeks on end--how do you do it without getting super stressed? </p>
