I was just wondering this same thing. I have some from late October, so I'm not sure how long I should keep it. She hasn't used any in a while...

My oldest bag is from late November. DH gives one bottle of part frozen and part fresh milk every day. I like to keep it rotating.

5 months is the oldest I'll go. I give LO frozen mixed with a little fresh milk every Monday to try and rotate. She also has frozen if I have to be out without her on the weekend or after work. The oldest in my freezer currently is 4 months.

My LO is 1 and I still give her frozen pumped milk from July that was stored in our deep freezer. She also gets whole milk.

My supply is starting dip, I think also because AF is coming, so I've been rotating in BM from the freezer. The oldest I've used is from 5 months ago, not sure if I will go further back then that. I plan to donate anything before that.

How do you rotate in your frozen stash and what is the oldest milk you have or will use?
