I'd freeze Thursday's milk because I didn't work Fridays. After I went back to five days a week I was stingy with the frozen. At some point I got lazy and just stopped. My stash is small anyway. I only use frozen milk when I need to leave an extra bottle on the weekend or nighttime. I freeze whatever I have fresh after work on Friday. To keep cycling through the milk, LO would have one bottle of freezer milk a day. My lc recommended to me to start now with my pumping schedule and then when I go back to work to start pulling from my freezer supply. But, I've been readings lot of posts where people use frozen milk on Mondays and then whatever they pumped the day before the rest of the week, except for Fridays, which they froze. Also, I've read that people send a mixture of bottles: two fresh milk and two of frozen milk. </p> <p>What do you do? </p>
