My birthday is this week and DH was taking me out to dinner. The doorbell rang and I thought it was my MIL to watch the baby. I open the door and its my two best friends! I hadn't had a girls night out since before the LO and my DH had arranged dinner reservations for us to go out to eat. I was so happy I cried. On the weekends, he gets up with LO first so that I can sleep in for a few more hours, since I'm the one up with him all night. Also, today, he did everything around the house because I'm not feeling well - he went grocery shopping, cleaned, did like 4 loads of laundry, stripped and remade the bed, and cooked. The looks on their faces when he walked out was priceless. It's not that they don't get played with but they were all bundled up and outside already. They played so hard they broke a sled and put a hole in a fence hahahaha.
