It was so easy! 2-4 chicken breasts, a can of diced tomatoes, a cup of fresh salsa, and a packet of taco seasoning. Throw it all in the crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Shred and drain the chicken and serve with taco or burrito fixings!
