omg. i haven't eaten anything weird.

I am not eating healthy while pregnant with #2 (total 180 from my usual diet) and it disgusts me. But, it is what it is.

@autumnlove: Same. I had never ever been on a diet before, and I love carbs, so being on such a strict diet for so long is unheard of for me!

I had gallbladder troubles while pregnant with LO #1 and had to eat pretty bland for a while. Dinner was usually plain brown rice and plain black beans. *yawn*

@anandam: LOL. Surprisingly tolerable is sometimes as good as it gets around here with this crazy intolerances diet :silly:

In my quest for non-dairy, non-soy, non-beef comfort food, I once bought gluten-free, dairy-free frozen mac and cheese. It was awful.

I had to clean up my diet for my second pregnancy for GD. I love sweets!

Whether because of a fertility diet while TTC, pregnancy cravings/aversions, trying to get labor started, cupboard scrounging thanks to lack of groceries postpartum, MSPI or other food intolerance, or perhaps to get toddlers to eat by example - fess up! What's the weirdest thing you've eaten for your kids?

Inspired because I thought there was no food in the house but just managed to make a smoothie out of frozen peas, berries, leftover coconut milk, and peanut butter. It's surprisingly tolerable.
