I'm home with her the other weekdays. I'm a bit terrified, but I think it'll be really good for him. He'll go two days 8:45-11:45. I'll use one for work and the other for house work, volunteer work, etc. I'm sure those 3 hours will fly! </p> <p>Otherwise, I job share with my mom, so it varies depending on who has more to get done, but if I'm working, my mom is with him. We have to do the transition outside (and then I come in later) or post-nap or else there is a screaming fit. I work myself so I don't have an employer giving me set hours. I end up paying $15 an hour but I haven't found a daycare that would take her part-time in walking distance of our home.
