I have a nanny at home with my son while I'm working and my daughter is in preschool but I still stay up late every night after the kids are in bed, trying to meet deadlines. Sometimes I think I'd actually have more balance WOH because then I could just leave it all at the office. But that's probably not true. Grass is greener and all that.
