&#60;p&#62;Never could run, and about a year ago, finally figured out why- an old ACL injury never healed properly, and I've lost a lot of the cartilage in my left knee. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So I guess I'll never be a runner... I'm pretty ok with that though! I'm happy to cheer my marathoner DH on without the accompanying pain!  :silly:

- tripod (like building houses, except you just stay on your forearms and hold yourself there for at least a minute at a time)&#60;br /&#62;
- scullers (balance on your butt, legs extended in the air in front of you, hands in toward your chest with your elbows sticking out.  Then bend your legs in toward your stomach while extending your arms out.  The only part of your body that touches the ground during the entire exercise is your butt.  Do 30 reps and build from there.)&#60;br /&#62;
- jumpies&#60;br /&#62;
- wall sits

<description>&#60;p&#62;I used to hate burpees, but now I've gotten a bit better at them.  My current exercise kryptonite is &#34;building houses.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's that exercise where you assume a pushup position with your arms extended, and then have to come down to your elbows (one at a time) and then back up again... 10 times.  Then usually you have to do it 10 more times, but this time starting off with your opposite elbow.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We have to build houses for my boxing class every week, and I really dislike it.  I can do situps all day long, but building houses slays me!  Especially when we do it at the end of the class instead of at the beginning.&#60;/p&#62;
